Cancellation Policy
1. If you wish to cancel or rebook at a different time or date, it can be done upto 48 hours the day prior to the reserved time of excursion, free of charge. Once this deadline passes, you cannot reuse this ticket and no refunds will be possible.
2. If you do not show up at the time of reservation, you lose your, 100% cancellation charges are applicable.

Please make sure that you book the Cable Car ticket for the same day as your excursion.

What to Expect

1. No queues or waiting times with our prebooked Cable car tickets.

2. You will be visiting a protected environment. Please respect Teide National Park´s natural environment.

3. Wear warm clothing and proper footwear.

4. Protect yourself from sunstroke. Wear sunglasses due to elevated luminosity.

5. Bring water. 

6. It is not allowed for pregnant ladies, children under 3 years of age and people with heart problems to ascend by the Cable Car.

7. Your tickets can only be used at the reserved date and time. Please see cancellation policy for changes permitted on your purchased ticket.

8. If the Cable Car needs to be shut down due to meteorological conditions, you will receive a notification via email/SMS. You may then choose for a refund or change the reservation for a later date.

9. You will receive the exact time of reservation and slot in the reservation voucher after you have completed the payment of the same.
